Files are checked for viruses on upload and download from Fronter and a full server scan is completed each night. If a file is detected as a virus the file will attempt to be repaired. If it is not possible to repair the file it is automatically quarantined and when users attempt to access the file they are informed the file has been quarantined as a virus was detected.

 

A log of quarantined files is available by contacting the service desk.
