Known Issues and limitations
Description: Due to lacking Canvas (HTML 5) support, the drawing tool in Visual mail is not functional on the Internet Explorer 8 browser.
Workaround: This is a known issue which will be addressed in future releases. While we look into the fixing this in IE8, please login to Fronter, select the tools option and then compatibility view. This will force the browser to run in the old function which is not inbuilt to IE8. We have not seen any other issues when running in compatibility view in the system.
