Do you see this upon launching the Support portal in Admin?

Please refer below for browser specific instructions.
Internet Explorer
Seeing this message usually means the security settings are blocking the session. To change the settings in Internet Explorer choose Internet Options > Security In the Trusted sites zone:
- Disable 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone'
- Add *.frontersupport.com and *.fronter.com to the list of trusted sites.
Safari
You will need to set the Accept cookies setting to "Always" (to access the support portal, cookies from both fronter.com and frontersupport.com will be stored).
Google Chrome
You will need to accept pop-ups from *.fronter.com, and make sure the cookies settings do not "Block third-party cookies from being set"
Firefox
You will need to set the Accept cookies setting to "Accept third-party cookies" (to access the support portal, cookies from both fronter.com and frontersupport.com will be stored).
Now close frontersupport.com and try to login again from inside fronter via Admin > Support. frontersupport.com should now open with a welcome greeting.
Choose 'Register service call' to log an incident.
