How to re use an existing room from the previous year as part of a 2 year course.
- Click on a new room to be activated
- From the list of options choose the fourth option 'Move members into this room'
- From the drop down list choose the room you wish to merge with
- Click save
This will retain the old room with the new and old members and all of the content and contributions made by the members of that room.
