Technical Support FAQs
With the latest Fronter upgrade it has become easier to access Fronter from mobile devices, both iOS and Android. Our efforts to make Fronter equally accessible regardless of device continue. We are now focusing on web application improvements - expect full access in Android and iOS through web browsers in 2013. Until then, the mobile apps are available "as is".
When launching the app for the first time, as well as during future use, please ensure you have a functional Internet/3G connection. In some instances, a reset of the App on iPhone/iPad has been required. Read more here (under "Restart your device", only affecting a single app).

Please note the Resources functionality only shows contents from rooms you have added as Favourites in Fronter.
