The preferred way of enrolling members in groups is to do this with the individual users. That is, when enrolling and searching for new members, tick the users to add.

While Fronter enables you to enroll a group as a member in another group, as an overall approach this is not recommended. Enrolling groups in groups is not considered best practice as it will cause you to loose overview of memberships and may complicate the structure especially in larger installations. Further, the implied recursion in enrolling further groups into previous member groups is by design not supported indefinitely.

In some cases, such as when there is no automatic import to populate various groups, this approach may seem like a time saver, but it is advisable to consider other alternatives first.
