Known Issues and limitations
Description: In some cases the Java plugin ceases to work after Firefox has upgraded itself. In Fronter this effects the FIM/Online tool, multiple file upload, download, sound recorder and equation editor tools.
Workaround: The workaround is to delete the pluginreg.dat file in your profile folder. It is advisable to first backup the file.
Please note this is a Firefox bug, reported on Windows and on Mac, a side effect of their effort to block old and vulnerable versions of Java, that is more general than Fronter.
