You need to be an owner of the room to be able to edit the tools available.
- Click on the room action menu and select the room you would like to add you course tool to
- Click the ‘Room’ tool on the left hand tool bar (open door image)
- Click in the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen where it says “Choose“
- Select ‘Customise tool package’
- Click on ‘New tool’ at the bottom of the list of tools in the left hand column on the page
- Tick on the box next to the ‘Course’ tool (computer image with 1+2 in the screen) and click ‘Save’ button
- Once the ‘Course’ tool has been added to your Tool list on the main page column you can move it up and down by clicking on the up/down arrows.
