How do I view a list of usernames and passwords?

Once you have completed your MIS integration you can view the list of user names and passwords by doing the following:

• Login with an account with administrator rights
• Click on the Admin button at the top right
• Click on the "tools" tab
• Click on "List of Usernames and Passwords"

This will display a list off all user names and passwords for your school. If you click onto the all staff group or all student group in the 02 Policy group node you will be able to see just that groups users. Similarly you can click on an individual group and see just that groups login details.

Note: This screen will only show you the passwords that were generated. It will not show you users passwords once they have changed them for security.
