To force a room to be added to the users action menu you need to complete the following:
- Go to the room you wish to have added to the member’s favourite rooms
- Click on “members”
- Tick the check box at the top left to select all members of the room
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add to favourites”
This will then automatically add the room to the list of rooms in the room action menu. If the user has this already as a favourite room, it will not be added again.
IMPORTANT: The “New room selector” needs to be enabled in order for this function to work. Please ensure setting number 101 in “Settings regarding the whole building” has been enabled.
