Aimed at KS2 / KS3 pupils, the Space Room encourages pupils to explore Space – virtually!  The room includes links to websites and videos exploring and explaining the Earth, the Sun, the Planets and the Moon.. Activities include quizzes, forums and use of Fronter tools, including using the hand in tool for homework tasks.  This editable room gives you an interesting range of information  which will serve as a focus for a range of different learning activities.

Activities include quizzes, forums and use of Fronter tools, including  homework using the hand in tool. This editable room gives you an interesting range of information  which will serve as a focus for different learning activities.

Activities include quizzes, forums and use of Fronter tools, including  multiple author documents and hand in tool. This editable room gives you an interesting range of information  which will serve as a focus for a range of different learning activities.

Aimed at KS1 and KS2 pupils, the Fronter Cake Room provides links to recipes, activities, healthy eating and stories about food.  There are opportunities for instructional writing as well as commenting in the forums and taking part in votes.   This editable room could be used for a cookery club, in the classroom and also by the children at home to reinforce their learning.

Bug Club Ready-to-Go Room

Join the bugs in Bug Club for lots of lovely adventures in reading! This Fronter room is full of learning activities to support the Pearson Bug Club reading scheme. If your school is a member of Bug Club already that’s great, you can explore our ideas for how to link your Bug Club resources to Fronter activities. But if you’re not signed up to Bug Club, no problem, you can still access the Ready-to-Go room which contains a great selection of free Bug Club reading resources.

Summertime

Aimed at KS2 / KS3 pupils, the Fronter Summertime room encourages pupils to explore some of the different cultural and religious festivals that occur during June, July and August. This editable room gives you an interesting range of important summer dates which will serve as a focus for a range of different learning activities.

The Dinosaur Room is a great way to capture your pupils’ imaginations. This KS1 topic includes a collaborative approach to researching and creating 3D dinosaur models, and uses a range of ICT and literacy skills to create narrative and follow critical internet inquiry.

Download our KS2 English SATS revision room for FREE. The room has 3 sections; Reading, Grammar and Writing. Each section uses freely available web resources as a stimulus for learning activities within Fronter. Writing activities include poetry, arguements and instructional texts; Reading activities make use of Fronter tests to check understanding of texts. Linked to World Earth Day this room utilises a range of web resources to encourage young people to be green and think about the environment.
