I have been tasked with the title of "Fronter Admin" in the school i work in.
Teachers seem to be running away as if they've been using this service for years, and all the support material seems to be centered around teacher use.
I've tried contacting over Twitter, Facebook and emails, and now i'm on here.

I cannot for the life of me get any quality information on how to perfom back end admin tasks.
The help function is vague at best and even asking about Creaza is producing no repsonse from them either.

My boss, (assistant rector) is certainly feeling the same way, there seems to be no-one to ask, and when we do it falls on deaf ears.

I'm sorry for moaning but i'm the IT technician with 9 servers, and 750 computers, 1100 users and everything else that goes with it, and trying to figure out how to use this is taking up a lot of time i don't have.

Is there anywhere that gives a step by step instruction on how to do simple tasks like;

Creating toolbars
setting up Web fronter
getting multiple upload to work (yes java network settings are correct)

I have this Fronter support ID but was told to only contact it in important cases. (Wish i could get away with that one)

Hope someone can fill in the blanks so to speak.

Fronter requires a two day admin course before you're allowed to contact them But most of it is covered by this manual. Allthougt I don't know how updated it is..

i did sit on the 2 day admin course and got a fancy little blue card.
The course swiftly grazed over a few things, but thanks for posting this, it's the first time i've seen it.
