A user wants to export a room ... the system does not give access to a zip link ... instead it sends an email that gives access

Why so complicated .. the owner is already logged on and authenticated to get to this point </rant>
The process is saying 'Exporting requires an email address. You must register an email address to export rooms'
No other assistance is given
OK ... so that'll be in the contact cards then ... no .. not even my administrators card shows it
So it is a setting with the admin tools ... but, under 'the contact', e-mail is 'editable' ... so no joy there then ...
HOW DOES A USER REGISTER AN EMAIL ... OR BETTER STILL EXPORT A ROOM WITHOUT THIOS CUMBERSOME ADDED LAYER?
