Hi,

I have a situation where a room's entrance hall icon isn't showing in the today page of our test student. Both criteria have been met 1. the 'test' student is a member of the room 2. the room has an entrance hall icon.

Any ideas?

Without knowing the exact circumstances there is a couple of possible issues. Firstly is the access tool enabled on the test users today page with the Entrance Hall option selected as described in this guide?

If so there is a possibility that the users today page isn't set up to pull from that room. When logged in as the user if you go to the users today page, then Customise today, then View from room is the room in question selected?

Thanks everyone for your replies and support. I think it was cashe issue, as the icon is now appearing in the users entrance hall on the today page.

I've had this problem too. The icon for a room does not necessarily appear instantly. Even a CTRL + F5 does not make it appear, you just have to wait until Fronter's servers catch up and then all will be well!
