I have some tool packages that I want to delete, they were made a couple of years ago before we discovered what we consider to be 'good practise'.

When deleting I see a message that the package is still in use. OK.

So how can I determine which rooms are using the package?
How can I make the room use a new tool package?

Never Mind .. figured it out ... just don't delete them. closing them simply hides them from the users. Admin clutter is inevitable!

I do have a couple of toolbars headed up LA default packages that I would like to close (hide) but they do not appear on my list ... suggestions?

I do not want users to choose them.

Martin, only your LA admin can close LA generated Tool Packages. They are put there as generic 'starter for 10' tool sets but of course can be modified within a room by the teachers.
