is there an easy way to get a list of the files that have been uploaded to Fronter with an indication of the file type, filesize, who uploaded it, when and to where?

I'm keen to see who is using the tool for file storage (mainly teachers) and to monitor the loading of wmv,mp3 etc..

Admin/Stastics/Event Report

and then deselect everything but upload file.

Not a perfect method but gives you the possibility to sort it out at least.

thanks for that. Have done a quick export to Excel, and have found 22 WMV files uploaded this academic year. Not as bad as I'd thought.

You need to be a building administrator to see this option. That means in London for example an LA admin.
